Evie passed away at home on July 8th 2013 at age 87 with her daughter and great grandson by her side. Born on July 20, 1925, the daughter of Charles and Helen Dehn. Preceded in death by husband, Edward; twin sons, Michael & Joseph and son, Dan; her brother, Dick (Elaine), sister, Mim Northway (Dick), brother, Bill (Ann). Evie is survived and will be deeply missed by daughter, Joyce (Tom) Guerin; daughter in law, Barb; grandchildren, Tami (fiancAC. Kevin), Traci, Keith (Dawn), David (Andrea) and Mark; great grandchildren, Dean, Jacob, Joshua, Mason, Julia, Ray and SaraBeth; nieces and nephews and all her friends who she thought of as "family" at Rosoto Villa. Evie always said she wasn't ready to go until God could make her a big kitchen up in heaven, so it must be ready. "Here's to you Mom". Enjoy your cooking, playing cards and puzzles. Remember to hold my hand like you promised. You will always be the best! This year Mom told me she didn't want to celebrate her birthday. Little did she know that her funeral Mass would be held on her 88th birthday and also her 67th wedding anniversary. Happy Birthday and Happy Anniversary, Mom. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, July 20th , 11:00 am, at CHURCH OF SAINT JEROME, 380 E. Roselawn Ave, Maplewood. Visit one hour prior to Mass. Private interment, Calvary Cemetery.
