Florence Berg

Berg, Florence L. nee Mandler, passed away on March 6, 2008 to be with her beloved husband, Art (May 1996). Born in Streeter, ND September 22, 1921. Formerly of Fergus Falls, Tacoma, WA, (WWII) Mpls, Ottertail County, Hackensack, Battle Lake, Kimball, Glenwood, Annandale, MN. Employed by Mpls. Athletic Club and Twin Cities Arsenal during the 60?s & 70?s. Florence leaves loving memories with sons, Gary (Glenda), Dennis ( Jeannie), Lyle (Deborah), Gaylord (Roxanne), Steven (Aaron); 8 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; brothers, Art, Lester, Roy, & Hurley; sisters, Berniece Herness & Nellie Jensen; many nieces, nephews & UAW retirees of Local 125. Mom?s purpose in life was to be together with family and friends during the good times and the sad times. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The family would like to thank the staff and volunteers of the Lyngblomsten Home and Boss Neighborhood of St. Paul for their kind and loving care of our Mother. Funeral service will be 1 PM Wednesday at BRADSHAW (McDivitt- Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Ave. with visitation 1 hour prior to services at Bradshaw. Interment Ft. Snelling. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the MS Society.
