Age 91, of Minneapolis, died peacefully on August 15, 2008, the Feast of the Assumption.
Preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence; brothers, George, Emil and Fr. Victor Assad; sisters, Elizabeth Assad, Emily Commerford, Georgette Kelly and Genevieve Case; and many relatives and friends.
Survived by sister, Margaret Tolle; daughters, Florence "Maza", Eileen (John Hellergren) and Mary (Ehud Snir); sons, James and Paul (Susan From); sister-in-law, Katherine Pilgrim; grandchildren, Erik and Emma; great-grandson, Oliver;
and many loving relatives and dear friends.
Florence loved her family, her Lebanese heritage; especially cooking and music, dining at Emily's, the Guthrie and sitting on her front porch.
She will be lovingly and fondly remembered by many and united forever with Larry, the love of her life.

Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
Visitation Wednesday 4:00-8:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Avenue South with a Maronite Incense Service at 7:30 P.M..
Visitation will also be one hour prior to the Mass at church.
Memorials are preferred to Bethany Covenant Village, 2309 Hayes St NE, Minneapolis.
