Florence Elizabeth Alexander Harwell, 88, formerly of Nashville, TN, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2005, at St. Matthews Manor Nursing Home in Louisville, KY.
Mrs. Harwell was a native of Nashville, retired Pffice Manager for the Tennessee State Department of Health, a volunteer for the American Cancer Society, and a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (Nashville).
She is survived by a son, Thomas Roy Harwell (BarbaraWright Harwell) of Louisville; a daughter, Elizabeth Ann Harwell of Los Ojos, NM; and grandchildren, Brett Thomas Harwell and Catey Leigh Harwell, both of Louisville.
A memorial service will be held at 10 am Saturday, April 16, at Bradshaw Funeral & Cremation Service, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd., Followed by burial in Fairview Cemetery.
Memorial Gifts may go to the American Diabetes Association.
