Frances J. Cramblit

Age 77, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on October 16, 2024. Fran spent most of her life happily married to Earl Cramblit in the North End of St. Paul, where she raised her family and provided daycare for dozens of children; she was affectionately known as "Mom" to many.

She cherished her time with family and friends, always ready to lend an ear or a helping hand. Fran was adventurous, mischievous, and fun-loving. She enjoyed shopping, singing, and traveling, visiting various destinations throughout Europe and cruising the Caribbean. Closer to home, she explored much of the United States and spent significant time at her camp in Breezy Point, Minnesota

Fran was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Earl; her son, Bobby; and siblings, Mike, and Peggy.

She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Kay; her grandchildren, "Little" Bobby (Ilana) Cramblit, Ashley (Luke) Shimshak, and Alec DelSignore; her great-granddaughter, Frances Shimshak; her sisters, Geri (Les) Stark, Suzie Lynn, Jeanne (Nate) Thompson, and Patty (Neil) Koppy; many nieces and nephews; and her special friends, Kirsten Libby and Timmy Gerdes.

Fran's Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at Vineyard Church, 6070 Cahill Avenue, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076 with visitation beginning at 3:00, a service at 4:00, and a light meal to follow.

Memorials to the family are preferred.
