Gena Ann Myhre

Beloved Daughter, Mother, Sister, Grandmother, passed away unexpectedly on November 5th, 2018 at the age of 54. She is preceded in death by two sons, Tray and Jacob, father, Larry Myhre, sister Paula Jorgensen-Myhre. She is survived by her mother, Sandra Myhre, nine children; Jechuly (Bertha), Sheena, Nichole, Sara (Andre), Chris (Fay), William, Patricia, Daquan and Jada, 13 grandchildren, sisters Janet and Candy, followed by a host of other family members. Gena was born on September 21, 1964 at Anchor Hospital in Saint Paul, Minnesota to Larry and Sandra Myhre. She was the second daughter of four. At the age of five she took her first of many adventures through life off the roof of the family garage and broke her leg. Gena attended Monroe and Central High School where she had a passion for art. She was even being considered for an art scholarship right before leaving school. Gena went on to have eleven children, nine surviving, who she loved with everything in her. In her mid to later years she did whatever she could to express her love and make up for any lost time with her children. She was truly a best friend to them all no matter the time nor day. She had a listening ear and a helping hand. She had a passion for family and an unbreakable love for God. No matter where lif took her, her faith never died.
