Genevieve Mary Wilcox (Gaseski)

Age 101, of the Gables, Oak Park Heights, passed away September 26, 2024.

Preceded in death by husband Frank Wilcox. 

Survived by children, Linda Wilcox (Russ Havir), Frank Wilcox Jr. (Karen), Mary Shevik (Bob.) Survived by grandchildren Kevin Ash, Tim Ash, Mike Wilcox (Maria), Marissa Wilcox, Anna Brudzinski (Tom), Dr. Margaret Shevik, Betsy Morse (Luke), Ryn Shevik. Great grandchildren Henry Brudzinski and Milo Brudzinski. Also survived by Brianna and Ellie Havir and their families. 

Gen was outgoing and fun loving. She loved going to the casino, playing scratch-offs, bingo, and Powerball, and was known to enjoy a Grain Belt Nordeast while watching the Vikings and Twins. Gen was well loved and will be missed by many. 

The family wants to thank the Gables at Boutwells Landing and Lakeview Hospice for the compassionate and loving care they provided to Gen.

Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 am Friday, October 4, 2024 at Guardian Angels Catholic Church, 8260 4th Street N. Oakdale, MN 55128. Visitation one hour prior to Mass. Lunch served at Guardian Angels following Mass. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, North St. Paul.
