from natural causes in Rancho Cucamonga, California at his son’s
home on Saturday, March 30th. He was preceded in death by his
parents, Marvin & Evelyn, Samuel & Clarida Clough and many
brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife of 63 years; Judy,
Son; Paul (Kris), daughters; Kris (Wayne) Danks, Lynn (Dave) Gryte,
& Denise (Rick) Hirschfelt, grandchildren, Katelyn, Tanner (Mariah),
Colten, Madeline (Aaron), Logan, Jared, Mason and Mackenzie, great
grandchild Avett and many family & friends. George grew up in
Minneapolis and attended Mpls Marshall High School where he was
an exceptional athlete. He married his wife, Judy in 1964 and moved
to Mounds View, MN where he raised his family. George worked for
Alliant TechSystems before retiring and spending time in Arizona,
Minnesota and California. He enjoyed playing softball, watching
sports, socializing and proudly watching his grandchildren participate
in their many activities. George will be missed and forever loved by his
family.
To honor George’s memory, we are holding a celebration of his life on
Saturday, May 11th at Bradshaw Funeral Home, 4600 Greenhaven
Drive, White Bear Lake, MN 55127, from 1-4pm.
