Special thanks to the loving and caring second floor staff of Maplewood Care Center. Memorial Service Saturday, October 3, 2009 at 11AM with visitation one hour prior at BRADSHAW, 4600 Greenhaven Dr. at Hwy 96 (1 mile west of 35E), White Bear. In lieu of flowers, Memorials welcomed to Autism Speaks.
