Preceded in death by her 'Papa, January Bly. Survived by her parents, Paul and Mandy (Bly); grandparents, Karen Bly, Terry and Marcia Merryfield; aunt, Michelle Soplata (Shawn); uncle, Matt Bly (Amy); cousins, Cody, Alec, Kayla, Andy, Mark, and Daniel; as well as other family and family friends. Everyone is invited to a Celebration of Life on Thursday, 4:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 36 & Cty Rd 5), Stillwater. A gathering will follow until 6:00 P.M. at the CENTER. Memorials preferred to the family. Special thanks to all the wonderful staff at Children's Hospital for taking such good care of our sweet baby.
