Born November 13, 1914, passed away March 20, 2003 with his family present. Preceded in death by beloved wife, Le and son, Richard. Survived by sons, Jeffrey (Allison) and David (Lynn); grandchildren, Abbey, Douglas, Jason, Jeffrey, Nathan and Sarah; great-grandson, Isaiah. A St. Paul native, Gil was a faithful servant of the Lord who loved his family deeply. He was generous, always ready with help and encouragement in times of trouble. Also, always ready with a joke, Gil will be remembered for his keen memory and his sense of humor. We will miss his stories, word play and sharp observations. As his time in this world ends, the music in heaven begins and he and Le will dance in eternity together. Visitation Sunday, 2-6 p.m. at BRADSHAW 1078 Rice Street at Magnolia. Graveside service Monday 10:45 a.m. at Fort Snelling National Cemetery (assembly 2). Memorial Service Monday 12 noon at EPWORTH UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 1965 Sherwood Ave. Memorials preferred to the church.
