Passed away surrounded by his loving family November 10, 2014. Preceded in death by parents, Walter and Emma; and sister, Norma Oelfke. Survived by beloved wife of 58 years, Jeanne; children, Dave (Sandy), Dan (Cathy), and Cindy (Jeff) Kreis; grandchildren, Jennifer, Lauren, Amanda, Matt, Joanna, Thom, Michael, Dave, and Joe; sister, Arlene (Lars) Fladmark, and many close friends. Gordon had a fulfilling career as an instructor at Dunwoody Institute for 36 years. He was a dedicated volunteer at his church and in his community. Memorial service Saturday, November 15 at 11:00AM at ARLINGTON HILLS LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1115 Greenbrier Street, St. Paul. Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation Friday, November 14 from 5:00PM to 8:00PM as well as one hour prior to the service ALL AT THE CHURCH. Memorials preferred to Arlington Hills Lutheran Church.
