Age 74, of Ft. Myers, Florida
Passed away from brain cancer, peacefully surrounded by family on April 23, 2015. Preceded in death by wife, Mary, who died on November 1, 2010; brother, John; and their parents. Survived by daughters, Susan Waldenstrom, Karla (Timm) Strand; grandchildren, Cole, Gillian, Lucy, and Isabel; brother, Carl (Sharon) Waldenstrom; sister, Karin (Erkki) Mikkola; sister-in-law, Nancy Waldenstrom; many nieces and nephews; and a multitude of dear friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 15 at 2:00PM at ROCKPOINT CHURCH, Hwy 36 and Keats Avenue, Lake Elmo. Family will receive guests one hour prior to the service and at a reception following the service, both at church. Memorials preferred to a local Church or local non-profit Hospice of your choice.
