Hazel passed away peacefully on April 3, 2013. She was preceded in death by husband, George Sr. and son, George Jr. She is survived by son, Robert (Diane); daughter-in- law, Shirley; grandchildren, Lonnie Kae, Bryan, Allen and Emily; six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials are preferred.
