Passed away on July 14, 2006 of breast cancer, surrounded by her loving family.
Helen is survived by her beloved husband of 39 years, Lee Amos Miller III; sons, Lee Amos Miller IV (Stillwater, MN) and Ian Scott Miller (Madison, WI); cherished grandchildren, Lee Amos Miller V and Hope Ashley Miller; sister Virginia Chambers Ryan (Salinas, CA) and nine nieces and nephews. Her extended support group includes her mother-in-law, Olivia Miller, and sisters-in-law, Victoria Evans, Susan Wagner, and Marsha Smith.
Helen is preceded in death by her parents, Edward B. Goheen and Virginia V. Goheen.
She retired after 15 years of service to Land O? Lakes where she developed lasting friendships. The people she met there, her many friends and her wonderful neighbors have meant so much through the years.
Helen looked forward to and attended special get togethers with the Goheens at the New Jersey shore, and with the Millers in Maryland. While visiting, she dined on fresh seafood and enjoyed her beloved Atlantic Ocean.
The family sends special thanks to the Oncology and medical staffs at Fairview Riverside and Lakeview Hospitals. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, the American Cancer Society, of Heifer International.
Service Thursday 7/20, 10:30 AM Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater. Visitation Wednesday 7/19, 5-8 PM and 1 hour prior to the service. Interment Fairview Cemetery, Stillwater. Arrangements by Bradshaw, 651-439-5511.
