Passed away on September 18, 2009 at home surrounded by his family. Preceded in death by wife, Sylvia; daughter, Jean; grandson, Bobby and brother, Arnold Lund. Survived by daughters, Lynn (Tim) Wood, Susan (Dave) Spears and Joanne (Pat) Groninga; son, James (Deb) Lund; 18 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; cousin and best friend, John Lund; nieces, nephews other family members and friends. 25 A½ years of service at Whirlpool and 10 years at the University of Minnesota. Herb was loved by many and he will be greatly missed by all. Service Wednesday 11AM at BRADSHAW 1078 Rice St. @ Magnolia. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Visitation Tuesday 4-8pm and prior to the service.
