"Butch"

April 6, 1921 ~ March 19, 2006



Preceded in death by parents, Applean & John Hahn; sister, Lorraine Fritz. Survived by wife of 61 years, Lena (Remackel); sister, Beverly Prax; also survived by six sons, Howie (Pat), Bernie (Linda), Dennis (Carol), John, Jim, Joe (Cherie); nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.



Howard retired from American Hoist and was a member of the Machinist Union 459. He loved to spend time with his family, crafting wooden toys for his grandchildren, and telling stories. Fishing was his favorite pastime. He was a member of St. John?s Catholic Church Men?s Club. Howard was a kind and gentle man who always had a smile on his face and a funny story to tell. He will be greatly missed.



Visitation Thursday, 4-8 PM at BRADSHAW, 1078 Rice at Magnolia, and also one hour prior to service at church. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 10 AM at ST. JOHN?S OF LITTLE CANADA, 380 Little Canada Rd. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the family.
