Ile Newbre

Ile "Guy" Newbre, age 78, of Minneapolis passed away March 24, 2014 at his home surrounded by family. Guy was born in Chester Township, North Dakota to James & Anne Bell Newbre. He graduated from Larimore High School, ND and continued on to receive a business degree from Aakers Business College in Grand Forks, ND. Guy met Elva Demarais in Grand Forks, and they were later married on September 9, 1960. They moved to Minneapolis to raise their family. Guy worked for Chicago Tube & Iron in Eagan for more than 33 years.

Guy enjoyed taking pictures of scenic locations and old cars. He loved to walk his dogs, complete crossword puzzles and be with family.

Survived by wife of 54 yrs, Elva; sons, Orson Newbre, James (Wendy) Newbre, Jason Newbre; grandchildren, Kile, Kelsey, Michael, Brian, Misty, Dayna; great grandchildren, Jayme, Kathleen, Patrick, Samantha.

Preceded by parents; brothers, Earl Newbre, Orson Newbre; sister, Rena Vangen; daughter Kathleen Newbre.
