Passed away 4-14-06 at V.A. Medical Center, Minneapolis. Formerly of International Falls, MN. Member of Purple Heart, DAV and Yorktown VFW. Survived by wife Delta; daughters, Karen Nelson of Bloomington, Denise Nelson of Minneapolis, Debbie Briggs of Cloquet and Kim Cavanaugh; many nieces, nephews and grandchildren. Service Tuesday 10 a.m. at BRADSHAW (McDivitt ? Hauge) 3131 Minnehaha Avenue South, Minneapolis. Interment, Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation 1 hour prior to the service. A special thanks to staff at V.A. Medical Center 3 K ? 3 L nurses and home care nurse Tammy Highland and granddaughter Lexy Nelson.
