James Appleby

Jim Appleby Age 78, of White Bear Township Passed away peacefully Feb. 23, 2014 at home surrounded by family. Born in New Orleans, LA. Graduated Loyola College Prep (formerly St. John's H.S.) in Shreveport, LA and Louisiana Technical University; served in U.S. Air Force; worked for 3M for 30 years. Survived by wife of 55 years Carole (Holmes); daughters, Anne (Dennis) Larson, Laura (Bill) Fagan, Barbara Appleby, Trish (Steve Donatelle) Appleby; grandchildren, J.D. and Alissa Fagan; sister, Jane Schroeder. Mass of Christian burial 11:00 AM, Fri., Feb. 28, 2014 at St. Jude of the Lake, 700 Mahtomedi Ave., Mahtomedi, MN. Visitation begins 10:00 AM. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
