James was born in Van Voorhis, PA on June 30, 1941 to John and Lenora Dobrinski. He was retired from JCPenney and he had a passion for tennis, which he played for 50+ years.
James is survived by his wife, Connie; daughter, Kelly; son, Jimmy; and 3 grandsons.
