To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Jim went to Jesus April 5th at the cabin. Preceded in death by parents, Virgil & Minnie Erickson. He will be sadly missed by wife of 42 years, Kay (nee Stenberg); daughters, Jennifer (Mark) Eaves and Emily (Brett) Bartkey; grandchildren, Anika, Elsa, JoJo, and Eliah; siblings, John (Cherie) Erickson, Thomas (Angela) Erickson, Elizabeth (Rudy) Garcia, and Barbara (Lawrence) Pelant; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Fly in or drive in to a Celebration of Jim's Life Saturday, 2:00 P.M. at ST PAUL DOWNTOWN AIRPORT (HOLMAN FIELD), 750 Bayfield Street, Saint Paul. Family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
