James A. Iversen
Age 61, of White Bear, formerly of Robbinsdale, passed away January 7, 2020. Preceded in death by mother, Orlena; father; Elden; uncle, Delmond Iversen; and aunts, Margie (Iversen) Holman and Myrt Wright. Survived by sister, Corinne (Barry) LaGrave; brother, Mark (Cheryl) Iversen; aunt, Arlene Iversen; step-mother, Elaine Iversen; uncle, Ken (Nancy) Bergstrom; aunt, Leanne Bergstrom; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. James grew up in Fergus Falls and Canby, MN and Milbank, SD. He graduated from Fergus Falls High School followed by graduating from Canby Vo Tech as a Chef/Cook. He worked at numerous restaurants in Fergus Falls and Breckenridge, MN and in the Twin Cities spending most of his career at the Northland Inn (now the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest) in Brooklyn Park, MN. James retired early due to health concerns. He made many friends in the restaurant business and in the last year, at The Pillars of White Bear Lake. Memorial service Sunday, January 19, 2020, 2:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater, MN with visitation beginning at 1:00 P.M.
