James Nelson, Jr

Of St. Paul, MN Passed away peacefully after a long battle with Alzheimer's January 11, 2018 at Galtier Health Center at age 69. Jim was born July 11, 1948 in St. Paul. Preceded in death by his parents James (Buzzy) and Althea. Survived by his children Amy Thorne, Ashley (Ray) Ronayne, and James; grandchildren Cooper, Finley and Declan Ronayne; sister Lynn (Dick) Bisanz, nephews Alex, Sam, Ben Bisanz; former wife Debi Orff. Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, January 24th at Nativity Of Our Lord Catholic Church, 1938 Stanford Ave, St. Paul. Visitation at 10:00am, Service at 11:00 with a luncheon immediately following. Interment at Oakland Cemetery, 927 Jackson St, St. Paul, after lunch. Celebration of life at Ziggy's Street Food Cocktails and Music from 5-7pm, 132 Main St, Stillwater, MN that evening. Memorials preferred.
