Janelle Olsen of Hayward Wisconsin passed away Wednesday afternoon at St. Lukes Hospital in Duluth. She was born in Minneapolis and grew up in Saint Louis Park, MN. Janelle enjoyed playing golf, spending time with her grandkids, gardening and cooking. She enjoyed working for SPPS and Mounds view schools after raising her girls. Her and her husband Carl spent lots of time golfing in Hayward and spent last winter in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Jan was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend, and dog mom. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. She is survived by husband Carl Olsen, daughters Taylor Goodwill (Max), Marissa Carolus, grandchildren, Westen & Kara Goodwill, Layanna, Malia, and Hailyn Velasquez, Parents Jim and Penny Chirhart, along with many more family and friends.

Janelle will be deeply missed by all who crossed paths with her.

Celebrations of Janelle's life will be held Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER (4600 Greenhaven Drive, White Bear, MN) and Sunday, October 17, 2021 from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM at THE STEAKHOUSE AND LODGE (15860 T Bone Lane, Hayward, WI).
