Janice Glaus

Age 59 of Lake Elmo

Loving Wife and Mom passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 28, 2020. Janice grew up in St. Paul and moved to North St. Paul during junior high. She graduated from North St. Paul High School in 1979 and went on to raise a family and provide daycare for over 20 years. Janice loved spending time in the outdoors whether that be camping, gardening or just going for walks. She was always super competitive and was an avid hockey mom cheering on her kids from the sidelines. Janice was a hard worker who could figure out anything on her own – from tiling a bathroom to sewing a jean quilt. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was very proud of her family, and they will miss her dearly.

Janice is preceded in death by her father, Jerry Stai, Sr.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Doug; children, Justine, David, Dylan; mother, Joan Stai; siblings, Debbie (Mike) White, Gene Stai, Jackie (Tom) McClellan, Jerry (Sue) Stai; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Private Memorial Service Thursday, July 9th at Bradshaw, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd., Stillwater. Interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery, North St. Paul.
