Survived by wife Karen; son Matthew (Amy); daughter, Mandy (Paul) Merryfield; grandsons, Andy and Mark; mother, Norma Carlson; brothers, Randy and Phillip (Christine); sister, Debbie (Bill) Rhody and many nieces and nephews; special sister-in-law, Tookie; special friends, Tim and Sher McGlade; union members and friends. A special thank you to the staff of Our Lady of Good Counsel. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
