Memorial to Jeanneane Berger

We mourn the loss of our beloved sister, Jeanneane Berger, who passed away on September 28, 2022, at the age of 73 after a short illness. Jeanneane loved life and was a very peaceful, gentle soul whose Catholic faith meant a great deal to her. Her siblings were her family, and she was always a joy and comfort to all. She is very deeply missed.
Jeanneane always had a joie de vivre and she loved to laugh. This drew her to the performing arts, including theatrical productions and choral singing groups. She was a natural entertainer. Her music interests included singers Barbra Streisand and Julie Andrews, and of course, crooners like Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby and Nat King Cole, among others. In her later years she loved to sing karaoke!
Jeanneane loved being in nature, which led her to participate in Rovers (an outdoors activities group) in Minnesota. When in nature, she always felt close to God. She really loved being among God's creation.
Jeanneane had a wonderful sense of humor; she loved to laugh, and she loved making others laugh! One of her favorite comedians was George Carlin. She also appreciated the comedy of Carol Burnett and the Smothers Brothers.
Jeanneane will always be remembered for her unconditional love and her humble generosity. We are grateful for the life of Jeanneane and we are comforted that she is in God's hands now.
