Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family and loving care giver Pat Schuch on September 18, 2007. He is survived by parents, Craig and Caroline Grantham,sisters Angie (Matt) Sherwood; Amanda; and grandparents, Kelly and Virginia Grantham of Jackson, MO along with many other family members and friends.
A private memorial celebration for Jeffrey will be held on Saturday, September 22 at Bradshaw Funeral Home in St. Paul.
Jeff was a blessing that taught those around him to reflect on life, simplicity and gratitude. His loving smile and gentle presence brought joy to everyone around
him. He will be greatly missed by those he touched
