Age 32, of Duluth, formerly of Stillwater. He will be sadly missed by parents, Kelly (John) Daly and Joel (Jannette) Costa; siblings, Kristina (Jason Hall) Costa, Nick (Megan Asmus) Costa, Max Martinson, Nancy and Emily Costa; nephew, Charlie; niece, Sadie; grandparents, Joel and Jackie Costa, Bruce Bausman (Sandra) and Nancy Bausman; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends too numerous to list. A celebration of Joel's life will be Friday, February 17, 2017, 1:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 4600 Greenhaven Drive at Highway 96 (one mile west of 35E) White Bear with visitation beginning at 10:00 A.M.
