Age 86, of Minneapolis, passed away peacefully at home on December 31, 2016. John worked as a professional tailor and later went into business with his brothers in drywall construction. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, reading and working on cars. As a young man, John was a Golden Gloves boxer. Preceded in death by wife, Darlene Olson; parents, Florence and Ignacio, and brother, Daniel. Survived by son, Anthony; siblings, Theresa, Rudy, and Sylvia and dozens of nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews, and extended family. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, January 10 at 11 AM at CHURCH OF SAINT ALBERT THE GREAT, E 29th St and 32nd Ave S with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM until time of Mass at the church. 612-724-3643.
