Beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather
Passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on Oct. 9, after a courageous battle with Lewy Body Dementia. He is survived by wife Mary Kay and his three children; Mike (Janel), Carrie (Brian) and Mary Sue (Chuck), eight grandchildren; Joe, Kristi, Michael, Hannah, Nick, Elena, Britta and Lucas; brother, Larry; sister, Ginger and many other family and friends.
Jack lived a wonderfully full life, loved his family very much, and had a successful career that included more than 30 years with Control Data Corporation and 15 years with Kohl's Department Store. He loved traveling, boating, biking, walking, spending time with friends; and tending his lawn and rose gardens. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 10:00AM at ST. JUDE OF THE LAKE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 700 Mahtomedi Ave, Mahtomedi. Visitation one hour prior to the Mass.
