Preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Nell; infant daughter, Michelle. Survived by wife of 46 years, Marj; children, Joe J., Christine (S. Lee) Khang; grandchildren, Kayla, Jaiden, Ella, Madison; brother, William (Nevin). A born storyteller, Joe loved his family and was especially proud of his grandchildren, telling anyone who would listen, "My grandkids are cuter than yours!" He lived for a time in Hawaii, and was always hopeful he'd get to go back to visit. Memorial service will be 11AM Thursday at Summit Church, 845 Summit Ave, with visitation one hour prior. Interment at Fort Snelling. Memorials preferred to Summit Church or Alzheimer's Association.
