Joyce Kvaase

Joyce M. Christesen (Anderson) Kvaase, age 92 of Lake Elmo, passed away on October 14, 2024. She is survived by her children, Kristen (Mark) Williamson, David (Therese) Anderson, Judith (Buck) Brodin; grandchildren, Kevin (Jeanne) Williamson, Gregory (Renae) Williamson, Grace (Andrew) Ohlendorf, Caleb (Kate) Anderson, Rachel (James) Parks; great-grandchildren, Aubrey, Ashlyn, Mason, Luke, Ryan, Lauryn, Gabrielle, Nova, Arthur, Margo, Bennett, Kaden, Kyla; nieces, and nephews.

Preceded in death by parents, Emmet and Myrtle Christesen; first husband, Robert F. Anderson, second husband, Joseph H. Kvaase; grandson, Eric Brodin; brother Raymond (Betty) Christesen.

Joyce enjoyed traveling, her flower gardens, reading, walking, and her faith community at Rockpoint Church. Her most cherished times were those spent with her family and friends.

Memorial service will be 11:00am Friday, November 8, 2024 at ROCKPOINT CHURCH, 5828 Kelvin Ave N, Lake Elmo, with visitation one hour prior. Private family interment. Memorials preferred to Brydges Centre.
