Judy “B” Barbatsis age 69

Of Stillwater

Survived by husband, Philip; children, Mike Bergum, Marc Bergum, Billy Jr. (Kristen) Bydzovsky, Joey (Tarrah) Bydzovsky; grandchildren, Tiffany, Kylie, Brooklyn, Kadence, Ian, Desiree, Aaron, Bailey, Jordan, Brody, Billy III, Vanin, Scarlet, Rowyn, Oliver, Harlow; siblings, Danny (Linda) Torgerson, Donald Torgerson; nieces, nephews, friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Pat; siblings, Larry (Liza), Thomas, Steve, Barbara; and her best dog Lucy. Judy “B” was dedicated to her family. She had careers in real estate and Dayton’s retail in downtown St. Paul while raising her four boys. She spent her summers boating on the St. Croix river, hours in the garden, and always wrapped up the season with a trip to the State fair with the grandkids. She spent her winters cruising the Caribbean with her husband Phil and was a well known good tipper. Judy was a wine enthusiast and loved to cook and bake for her family and friends. The self-proclaimed “Best Wife Ever” was tenacious, and had a feisty personality that was balanced with a sentimentality that her family will miss. She was the best grandmother a family could have asked for. An open house celebration of Judy’s life will be held from 3-8pm Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at Matchstick Restaurant and Spirits, 232 N Main Street, Stillwater.
