Judy Milham age 72, beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away peacefully in her St. Paul home on Friday, November 3, 2017. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bernice and Emanuel, her sister Sandy and her brother Arlyn. She is survived by her husband, Donald, her sisters Yvonne and Betty, her children Kelly and Keith and her grandchildren Chloe and Jack.

She will be loved and remembered fondly by all who knew her.
