Julianne "Jules" Mary Horan Wohlwend

Age 65 of Hugo MN, passed away in the presence of her loving husband on Friday, November 15th, 2024.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Patrick and Louise Horan.

She will be forever remembered by husband of 40 years, Mark Wohlwend; children, Al (Chantal) Wohlwend, Jessica (Darren) Rice; grandchildren, Lorelai, Kurtis, Tommy, Theo, Ollie; and many other beloved family and friends.

Jules was a devoted wife, mother, grandma, sister, and friend. She had a passion for sports, playing softball (3rd base) and broomball (goalie) as a child and young adult.

She loved watching her daughter, Jessie, play soccer and her son, Al, play hockey as they were younger. She had such a zest for life enjoying many adventures with her husband, family, and friends. She enjoyed gardening, metal detecting, the North Shore, and spending time with her 5 grandchildren.

A funeral mass will be held at Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church, 835 2nd Ave NW, 55112, on Monday, November 25th at 11 a.m. with a visitation one hour prior.
