Died peacefully on October 25th, 2012.
Born December 24th, 1936, Katie led a full life, most of which she spent in Saint Paul and Stillwater. She worked as a special education teacher for School District 916, at Wilder Forest, and at the St. Croix Valley Red Cross. She also wrote for local newspapers. Katie left a mark everywhere she went and is survived by her four children, five grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
