Kathleen "Kathy" M. Koral

Age 77, of Lake Elmo, formerly of Eagan, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2022.

Preceded in death by husband, Larry; parents, Peter and Mary Plaza; sister, Irene Krings; and brother, Don Plaza.

She will be missed by children, Suzanne (Greg) Gartner and Greg (Megan) Koral; grandchildren, Alina and Tyler Gartner, Emma Kate and Griffin Koral; sister, Barb (Don) McRoberts; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Kathy was an avid baker who was famous for her apple and blueberry pies and she enjoyed supporting her children and grandchildren in their activities.  Please raise a toast to Kathy by enjoying her favorite drink, a Tito’s Martini.

Private family services will be held.

Memorials are preferred to the Animal Humane Society, Woodbury or Second Chance Animal Rescue, White Bear Lake.
