Katrina Cietta Ross
A radiant light in the lives of all who knew her, Katrina passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 34.
Born October 13, 1990, Katrina possessed an unforgettable spirit. Eccentric, magnetic, and utterly beautiful, her presence was a gift. she had a remarkable ability to make those around her smile and laugh until their sides ached. A devoted counselor, friend, and caretaker, Katrina touched countless lives throughout her journey across the United States. Those who encountered her, even briefly, carried the lasting impression of her warmth and kindness. She lived a life dedicated to making a positive impact on the world, leaving an indelible mark on every heart she touched.
On March 9, 2019, her joy expanded immeasurably with the birth of her beloved son, Layuntae Mikale Ross. He was the center of her world. She was a devoted and loving mother, ensuring his safety and well-being above all else. Her incredible love extended to her family and friends, embracing them with a generosity of spirit that knew no bounds.
Katrina is survived by her cherished son, Lay'Untae Mikale Ross; parents, Leverder Ford (Harold Freeman), and Ruben Ross; brothers, Quantez Ross, DeMario Ross, Keanu Ross, Kifa Ross, and Sidney Dufauchard; sister, Kendra Ross; she will also be deeply missed by a host of uncles; aunts; cousins; and friends.
She was preceded in death by siblings, Dewayne Ross, and Kyana Edith Ross.
Her memory will forever remain a source of comfort and inspiration. Her laughter, her love, and her radiant spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Rest in peace, our beautiful angel. You will always be in our hearts.
A memorial gathering for Ms. Katrina Ross will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2025 from 12pm to 4pm at Bradshaw (4600 Greenhaven Drive, White Bear Lake).
