Keith LeBlanc passed away peacefully at age 77 in St Paul, MN. Preceded in death by parents Virgil & Mary Ellen. Survived by wife, Sandy (Blockey); sister, Shari LeBlanc and brothers, Daniel and Dennis (Marisa); children, Eric (Jodi), Chris (Lori), Matt (Shana); 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Graduate of Hill High School and the University of Minnesota. Served in Army Intelligence in the Phoenix Program in Vietnam. After Vietnam, he spent 10 years working at Ecolab before moving to New York for a marketing executive job with Sterling Drug. He returned to White Bear Lake, MN in 1980 as an executive for Turnquist Paper and Unisource. He later moved to a position as a marketing executive for OlymPak. He then retired and became a veterans advocate and was especially proud of serving for the Veterans Court of Ramsey County. He also served on several boards of directors in the community.
Keith was the 75th King Boreas of the St Paul Winter Carnival in 2011. This was a wonderful experience for he and Sandy, meeting people from all over the U.S.
Visitation will be 4-8pm Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at BRADSHAW, 4600 Greenhaven Drive, and one hour prior to service the following day. Funeral is 12:00pm Thursday, August 29, 2024, at BRADSHAW; interment at Resurrection Cemetery. A livestream broadcast of the service will be available for viewing on this page. Memorials preferred to Tunnels to Tower Foundation at www.t2t.org.
