died peacefully at home with family at his side following a courageous battle with cancer on October 13, 2007. Survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Sherry (Hedlund) Bay, His 4 children Michelle (Tom) Ignaszewski, Janine (Dan) Armstrong, Michael Bay and Amy Bay; his 9 grandchildren and 5 siblings. Ken served in the intelligence division of the army, graduated from U of M Madison in Electrical Engineering; worked for the Pentagon in DC; and built a successful Shaklee business with his wife. Visitation this evening, October 16, from 5-8pm at Bradshaw, 4600 Greenhaven Drive @ Hwy 96 (one mile west of Hwy 35E), White Bear, MN and 1 hour before services on Wed, October 17, 11am at Trinity Lutheran of Lake Johanna Church. Interment at a later date, Woodlawn Cemetery, LaCrosse, WI.
