Phillips, Kenneth W., Sr.

Age 81, of Aitkin, MN, formerly of Mpls. Died July 11, 2007 after a three year battle with colon cancer. Preceded in death by son, Michael; parents, Rose and Jess Phillips; and six brothers. Survived by wife of 59 years, Beatrice; children, Kenneth, Jr., Cheri Wright (Wayne), Patrick (Kathy), James (Louise), Lisa, David (Toni); 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Jack (Barbara); three sisters; and many other family members and friends. Past Commander Paul Revere American Legion #624 and Star Spangled Banner VFW #1149. Service Monday, July 16 at 10:00 AM at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Ave. So., Mpls. Interment Lakewood Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, July 15 from 4:00 PM ? 7:00 PM. 40&8 and Veterans Ritual at 6:30 PM. Additional visitation 1 hour prior to service.
