Ker Moua, who lived 99 blessed years, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on January 11, 2019. Ker was born on April 4, 1919 in Phulam, Laos to Chai Yao Moua and Bla Thao. She was the eldest of 6 siblings. She is survived by her children, Dang Her, Youa Yang, Tang Her, Mee Her Lee and her siblings, La Moua, Zoua Moua, Cheu Cheng Moua and many grandchildren, family and friends. She immigrated to the United States with her family in May of 1980 and resided in Kansas City, KS before moving to the Twin Cities, MN in 1991. Ker was a strong and devoted believer of Jesus Christ and a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Ker loved spending time with her family. She also had a deep love and passion for gardening and medicinal plants. Ker is recognized in her community as a talented and natural healer. We have been very blessed to have nearly 100 years with Ker. We are certain she is rejoicing in heaven with the Lord along with her loved ones, Ker's husband Blia Her, son Vang Chiachong Her, and daughter Shane Jones, who have passed before her. A memorial service will be held at Bradshaw Funeral Home located at 4600 Greenhaven Dr, White Bear Lake, MN 55127 on January 26th, 2019 from 9am-9pm followed by a morning memorial service at New Story Church located at 5500 Woodend Ave Kansas City, KS 66106 on Monday, January 28th, 2019 from 9am-11am. The burial will take place shortly afterwards at Maple Hill Cemetery located at 3300 Shawnee Dr. Kansas City, KS 66106. An afternoon lunch will be provided after the burial at New Life Fellowship Church located 4815 Gibbs Rd, Kansas City, KS 66106.
