Kim Marie Hugger of White Bear Lake, MN passed away November 21st, 2022 at the age of 66. Kim Marie Hugger was born August 26th, 1956 to Henry and Rozella Hugger in White Bear Lake, MN. During her life Kim enjoyed spending her time with family and friends, traveling and cheering on her beloved Minnesota Vikings. She was passionate about helping others and always strived to make a difference in their life. Kim opened her doors to all and enjoyed making everyone feel at home. She always said “the first time you are a guest the next time you are family”. Kim loved nothing more than being a mother and a grandmother and seeing her grandkids brought light to her life.
Over the last 11 years years Kim fought a hard battle with aggressive lung cancer and suffered many side effects from the treatment. Throughout her battle she put her faith in God and allowed him to carry her through the journey. Even on her worst days she still had a smile on her face and was just thankful to have another day on Earth. Some of Kim's greatest joys were being a mother, watching her children get married, becoming a grandma and seeing her children succeed in graduating college. She made the most of life even on her toughest days. She saw her final days surrounded by family, friends and her beloved dogs Maddie and Sam.
Kim Marie Hugger was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Rozella Hugger; and sister, Judy Buelow. She is survived by her siblings, John Hugger and Greg Hugger; her children, Michael Bruggeman (Amanda) of White Bear, MN, Tamara Meier (Benjamin) of Omaha, Nebraska, Abby Malecha (Josh) of Isanti, MN and Stacy Johnson of Minnetonka, MN; and her nine grandkids, Olivia Meier, Ayla Meier, Sierra Meier, Duke Meier, Lucy Bruggeman, Wilson Bruggeman, Calvin Bruggeman, Saylor Malecha and Caylee Malecha.
