Kyle Zilley

Zilley, Kyle K. 1958 - 2007 Age 48 Passed away on January 19, 2007 as a result of acute leukemia after a difficult life filled with many medical problems. She was born in Rapid City, South Dakota and grew up in St. Paul. Kyle received an accounting degree from the St. Paul Technical and Vocational Institute (TVI). She then worked for several companies including the Wilder Foundation and AgriBank. She was the "Unicorn Lady" and loved the color purple. Kyle was a generous, kind and thoughtful person and a voracious reader who took great delight in discovering unusual and rarely used words. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gloria. Kyle is survived by her father, Dean; brothers, Eric (Colleen) and Kurt (Diane); nephews, Matthew, Jared (Ashley) and Kurt and long time companion, George Johnson, who provided many hours of care and comfort to her. She will also be dearly missed by her family's dogs, Toby and Shadow. A special thanks is given to Drs. Swendroski, Howe and Piper and the staff of the 4th floor Oncology Unit at St. Joseph's Hospital. Memorial Service Wednesday 7 p.m. at BRADSHAW 678 South Snelling Avenue.
