Laura D. Tauer
Age 81, of Shoreview. Passed away peacefully at home on 3/13/23.

Laura grew up in North St. Paul, and lived in Vadnais Heights for much of her life. She had a long career with Ramsey County Community Corrections. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. Laura loved photography, genealogy, animals, and the outdoors, especially her frequent trips to the North Shore with friends. Laura was also a lover of music and the arts, and enjoyed playing the piano.

Preceded in death by; her parents, Paul Lux Thone and Marie L. Cook; stepfather, Morris Cook, and brother, Paul A. Thone.

Survived by; sons, Joe (Lisa) & Jim (Lisa) Tauer; grandson, James Landon Tauer, and all beloved members of the Thone family who she treasured dearly.

Service at Bradshaw Funeral Home (4600 Greenhaven Drive, White Bear MN 55127) on Saturday April 22nd. Visitation from 11am-1pm, memorial service at 1pm followed by lunch.
Private interment, Resurrection Cemetery.
