USN Seabee Vietnam Veteran. Preceded in death by parents, Margaret and John Kelly. Survived by wife, Loren Kelly; son, Robert Kelly; daughter, Tarin Kelly; sisters Linda Krotter (Arnie); sister, Kathryn Cotter, (Paul) Cotter; grandchildren, Whitney, Brock and Blake Kelly; sister in law, Deborah Rosse (Dave); nephews, Todd Rosse (Denise), Chad Rosse, and great niece Cassie Rosse. A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, March 15th at 11:00AM at BRADSHAW, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater MN, with a visitation from 9:00-11:00AM before the service. Private family interment at Fort Snelling. Memorials preferred to the St. Paul Police K9 Foundation.
