Leo passed away in the loving embrace of his family on December 30, 2015. Leo's life exemplified "to protect and serve." As a soldier in the U.S Army and 20 years in the National Guard. As a Stillwater police officer and detective for 23 years. As a devoted husband, father, brother, friend and PASSIONATE deer hunter all his life. He is preceded in death by mom Catherine and father Leo; brothers Jim Miller and Bobby Binkley and sister JoAnn Johnson. He will be missed every day by wife Mary, children Steve (Theresa), Kevin (Jennifer), Julie (Jim) LeMoine, Illya (Kirsten) Haynes, Mara (Craig) Wyttenbach and Mandi (Jeff) Abernathy. He lives on through his 17 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Leo's life will be celebrated on Monday, Jan. 4, 2016, 12 p.m. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 36 and Co Rd 5), Stillwater with great stories and fond memories beginning at 10:00 a.m.
