Leonard Wistrcill

Age 76 of St. Paul

Passed away peacefully on March 5, 2021. Leonard was a 13-year Aggie. He attended the University of Minnesota and graduated from Bemidji State. After graduation, Leonard went into social work, teaching handicap adults and children. He was a man of deep faith and was very thankful to be raised Catholic. His three loves were God, his family, and home. Leonard was a fix-it man. He was constantly repairing things around the house and for others. He gave himself freely to family, relatives, neighbors, and priests. If someone needed help, Leonard was there. Being a man with a green thumb, twenty-five rosebushes adorned his yard, and he took pride in his yard work. Although MS did not stop him from living his life to the fullest, cancer was something he could not beat.

Leonard is preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Frances.

He is survived by his twin sister, LeDonna.

Mass of Christian Burial 12 PM Wednesday, March 10th at Church of Saint Agnes, 535 Thomas Avenue West, Saint Paul. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
